Ronit Roy Biography

Ronit Bose Roy famous as Ronit Roy is an Indian film and television actor and businessman. He was born on October 11, 1965 in Nagpur, India to Dolly Bose Roy and Brotindranath Roy. He has one brother Rohit Roy who is also an actor. After completing hotel management he moved to Mumbai where he worked as a management trainee at Mumbai’s Sea Rock Hotel. While working as a management trainee dish-washing and serving tables and bar tending were his duties. He started his acting career in 1984 with a minor role in the film Dushmanon Ka Dushman. In 1992 he did a lead role in the film Jaan Tere Naam. In 1997 he made his cameo appearance in the Tv series Bombay Blue. He rose to fame for her performance in the TV series Kasautii Zindagi Kay in which he played the role of Rishabh Bajaj. For his performance in the tv series Kasautii Zindagi Kay he won the Indian Telly Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role and one other award nomination. In addition to acting he is running his own business and he owns Ace Security and Protection agency. He has a daughter Ona with his first wife who lives in US. On December 25 he married to actress and model Neelam Singh and the couple have two children together named: daughter Aador and son Agasthya Bose Roy.
